Sweet Ginger Aioli:

Servings:           4 people

Cook Time:     15min

Ingredients:

  • (2) eggs

  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 - 2 lemons, juiced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp of ginger, minced

  • 1 tbsp of agave nectar

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp ground cardamon

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground moringa (opt.)

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

Instructions:

  • Put eggs into a small food processor, pulse till yolk is mixed with the egg whites.

  • On a continuous slow speed setting, pour olive oil while processor is spinning till base becomes a smooth consistency. (Make sure to not generate too much heat, that could "cook" the egg)

  • Add in lemon juice and garlic, pulse till mixed.

  • Add in all spices except for the salt and pepper, pulse till mixed.

  • Add in agave nectar and ginger, pulse. Keep in mind that if the mixture is too sweet, add some more ginger.

  • Add in salt and pepper to taste to offset subtle nuances.

  • Empty into a serving holder and enjoy!
